About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Ksar es‑Seghir. The role supports the HR function by managing employee records, onboarding and off‑boarding, and ensuring smooth travel logistics for our field service engineers across Morocco, Egypt, Dubai and Kenya.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding and benefits administration.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for field service teams, liaising with travel agencies.
- Track attendance, leave and payroll‑related data.
- Support employee relations inquiries and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
- Help organize training and development initiatives.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours and on holidays as needed.
- Experience in HR administration or related support functions.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using standard office software for record‑keeping and scheduling.
