Human Resources Graduate Trainee

About the role

Join Nestlé’s fast‑track Nestalent program as a Human Resources Graduate Trainee and embark on a 24‑month rotational journey across HR functions in the MENA region. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management and more.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities and candidate screening across various business units.
• Assist in employee relations matters and contribute to HR policy implementation.
• Participate in talent development initiatives and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on HR projects and data analysis.
• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a strong passion for Human Resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional, fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is mandatory.
• Very good GPA in Business Administration or a related field.
