Human Resources Manager

About the role

LEONI Cable Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the implementation of its HR strategy across the organization. You will be responsible for all core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering a motivated workforce in the automotive cable industry.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the company’s HR strategy, policies, processes and tools.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, payroll, personnel administration and employee relations.
• Design and launch programs to attract, develop, retain and engage employees.
• Provide HR consultancy and support to senior management.
• Improve HR quality and efficiency through talent management initiatives.
• Identify business needs and deliver appropriate HR solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation and payroll regulations.
• Act as mediator for company‑wide and employee‑related issues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication, respect, adaptability and result‑orientation.
• Commitment to gender equality and diversity.
