IBP Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation towards smoke‑free products as an IBP Manager in Casablanca. You will lead the Integrated Business Planning process for Maghreb markets, aligning commercial, finance, marketing and business planning to drive financial optimisation and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to achieve a joined‑up plan.
• Act as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, providing business support to Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational decisions and actions on the supply side.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives that support PMI’s market, operations or supply‑chain strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments such as Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development and Marketing to ensure an effective IBP process.
• Manage, motivate and evaluate the Market IBP team, ensuring high efficiency and compliance with local legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational FMCG or agency environment, preferably in marketing or sales.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects and multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, organisational and people‑management capabilities.
