Implementation Coordinator

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to lead implementation services for customers in the Agadir and Meknes regions. You will own project scope definition, customer interaction, resource planning, and performance reporting while ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and EHS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with customers for all operational activities in the assigned regions.
• Define project scope and manage the workforce to achieve first‑time‑right performance.
• Monitor financial performance during rollout phases and keep projects within budget.
• Drive change‑management initiatives and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes, regulations, and approved tools; take corrective actions when required.
• Establish and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee the invoicing lifecycle to secure strong financial outcomes.
• Report progress, risks, and deviations, supporting workforce and cost management.
• Guarantee implementation quality in line with Ericsson and customer standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, telecom operations, or project management.
