Improvement Analyst (TEOA Deployment)

About the role

The Improvement Analyst will join the TEOA implementation team at a plant site, acting as the local subject‑matter expert for TEOA tools. Reporting to the site leader, the analyst will guide deployment projects across functional areas such as S&OP, Procurement and Logistics, helping the plant achieve its continuous‑improvement targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support and mentor site‑based TEOA Practitioners and Kaizen Facilitators.
• Manage project teams and deployment plans at site and functional levels.
• Develop practitioner skill levels to sustain TEOA practices.
• Monitor progress, report measurements and drive higher star‑assessment levels.
• Lead value‑stream projects, create value‑stream maps and execute implementation plans.
• Plan, drive and visualise TEOA actions, ensuring sustainable closure.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and track predicted savings against financial results.
• Provide lean‑thinking leadership and train staff in all TEOA tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in production, logistics or industrial engineering, or a recent graduate with relevant knowledge.
• Previous involvement in continuous‑improvement activities, preferably as a Lean Leader.
• Hands‑on experience with value‑stream mapping and TEOA tools.
• Proven record of leading at least 15 Kaizen events with measurable results.
