Inbound Sales Development Representative (English)

About the role

Plutus21 Partners is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to qualify and nurture inbound leads across Europe. You will engage prospects, uncover their needs, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, playing a key part in pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads from website forms, email subscriptions, and event registrations via phone and email.
• Conduct needs analysis to match prospect challenges with the company’s solution.
• Nurture leads through follow‑up interactions, addressing questions and educating them on the product.
• Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for Business Development Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including interaction details and market intelligence.
• Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Meet KPIs for response time, follow‑up attempts, conversion rates, and monthly meeting targets.

Required profile

• 1+ years of successful sales development or lead processing experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English (minimum).
• Results‑oriented with a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
