Inclusive Growth Coordinator

About the role

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Morocco is seeking an Inclusive Growth Coordinator to strengthen its Prosperity Pillar. Reporting to the Deputy Resident Representative and the Programme Analyst of the Prosperity Pillar, the Coordinator will provide substantive coordination, programmatic and policy advisory support for the inclusive growth portfolio aligned with national priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of inclusive growth initiatives across the Prosperity Pillar.
• Provide programmatic and policy advice to ensure alignment with Morocco’s New Development Model and the 2030 Agenda.
• Support the design, implementation and monitoring of projects focused on decent work, social protection, financing for sustainable development and human capital development.
• Facilitate collaboration with government, civil society and development partners to reach vulnerable populations and territories.
• Prepare reports, briefs and recommendations for senior UNDP leadership.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in development economics, public policy, international development or a related field.
• Proven experience in inclusive economic transformation, social protection, financing for development or related areas.
• Familiarity with Morocco’s development agenda, the Sustainable Development Goals and UNDP’s programme framework.
• Strong analytical, coordination and stakeholder‑engagement skills within a multilateral environment.
