Industrial Engineer – Wiring Harnesses

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to lead the industrialisation of wiring‑harness products, guiding them from prototype through to serial production. You will develop detailed manufacturing work instructions and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives that raise quality and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with all plant departments and support engineering change implementations.
• Prepare and maintain capacity studies, process flow diagrams, and technical production documentation.
• Design manufacturing board layouts and define production area configurations.
• Validate equipment performance in partnership with Quality and HSE coordinators.
• Calculate equipment demand and adapt processes to changing loads.
• Participate in CI, 5S, LPA audits and workshops to improve plant indicators.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering (minimum Bac+5).
• First experience in the wiring‑harness manufacturing industry (internship acceptable).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
