Industrialization Flying Analyst

About the role

The Industrialization Flying Analyst ensures the operational implementation and continuous improvement of industrial processes for embedded electronic components in automotive projects. You will bridge validation requirements with production constraints, supporting vehicle and power‑train testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and structure project information, configurations, and diagnostic data.
• Deploy and monitor software configurations and updates through SPARTE.
• Troubleshoot test benches, validation tools, and project equipment.
• Support vehicle and power‑train test preparation activities.
• Reproduce, analyse, and document technical issues and validation defects.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis (X‑Code) and issue‑resolution activities.
• Perform vehicle modernisation on ECUs using ZIZA, telecoding, and JDD.
• Identify electrical non‑conformities and ensure vehicle operational readiness.
• Create and maintain technical records, reports, and modernisation documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, anticipate risks, and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Previous experience in automotive testing, validation, embedded systems, industrialisation or vehicle modernisation.
• Knowledge of power‑train systems (ICE, hybrid, electric) and ADAS/automotive EE architectures.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Required skills

• Diagnostic tools: Diagalyser, IDVH, DOTI.
• Validation and calibration tools: INCA, CANalyzer.
• Software configuration deployment via SPARTE.
• Vehicle modernisation tools: ZIZA, telecoding, JDD.
• EE isolation testing and vehicle validation processes.
