Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

Founders Arm, a recruitment partner connecting MENA talent with US startups, is hiring an Influencer Marketing Assistant for a fast-growing US company. The role covers creator sourcing, high-volume outreach and campaign coordination, and suits hands-on marketers who want to grow into influencer, creator partnerships or growth marketing positions. It is remote and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet and qualify influencers and UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube against a defined brand profile
• Run high-volume, personalized outreach by email and DM with consistent follow-up
• Negotiate rates and deliverables, and coordinate briefs, contracts and creator payments
• Track deliverables, chase revisions and ensure content is delivered on time and on brand
• Maintain an accurate creator database and outreach tracker in Google Sheets, Notion or a CRM
• Track reach, engagement, reply rates and campaign performance, and share clear weekly reports
• Spot emerging trends, formats and sounds on short-form platforms and share them with the team

Required profile

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach or UGC (agency, in-house or freelance)
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume outreach while keeping a personal, friendly tone
• Organized and data-minded, self-directed and reliable, able to manage several creators and campaigns at once

Required skills

• Google Sheets, Notion, Canva or similar tools
• Experience with influencer platforms (e.g. Modash, Upfluence) or AI tools is a plus
