Information Technology Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Information Technology Project Coordinator to support our senior project managers in delivering marketing technology and UX design initiatives for enterprise clients. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment, collaborating with developers, designers and technology leads.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior PMs in tracking timelines, milestones and deliverables across Adobe, Salesforce and SAS projects.
• Coordinate internal project activities, record meeting minutes and draft status reports.
• Maintain and update project schedules and task assignments using project‑management tools.
• Organise project documentation, kickoff assets and scope changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Follow up on client action items and ensure clear communication across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in project coordination, junior PM or project support roles, preferably in tech consulting or a marketing agency.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery frameworks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms: Adobe, Salesforce, SAS.
• Hands‑on experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of UX design workflows and digital marketing concepts.
• Awareness of certifications like CAPM or CSM (a plus).
