Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

At Deliverect, the Infrastructure Engineer will help build, maintain, and scale the cloud platform that powers our API‑first commerce solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Casablanca three days a week with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Improve high availability of Dockerized microservices.
• Launch and manage services in Kubernetes for global scaling.
• Develop and operate infrastructure as code using Terraform, GitOps and immutability principles.
• Deploy releases to production and staging, managing the full lifecycle.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, performance and tracing solutions.
• Optimize database performance, manage backups and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide tooling and post‑incident support.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to resolve incidents quickly.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience in an agile environment.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
