Ingénieur CAE

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a CAE Engineer to perform advanced computer‑aided engineering simulations and mechanical analyses for various industrial projects. The role involves evaluating component and system performance under multiple loading conditions and delivering technical recommendations to internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structural, static and dynamic CAE simulations according to project specifications.
• Validate simulation models and ensure compliance with customer standards and engineering requirements.
• Analyze results, prepare technical reports, and present findings to design and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise product performance and participate in feasibility studies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the engineering department.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Junior candidates (0 years) or professionals with 2‑4 years of CAE simulation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Required skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and structural analysis.
• Static and dynamic simulations, mechanical calculations, durability and fatigue analysis.
• Crash simulation, NVH analysis, and mechanical behavior of materials.
• Proficiency with at least one CAE tool such as ANSA, META, NASTRAN or ABAQUS.
