About the role

Novec is looking for a junior Transport Study Engineer to join its Transport Department in Salé, Technopolis. The position is a permanent role for a recent civil engineering graduate who can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in daily tasks and decision‑making.
• Conduct and participate in feasibility and design studies for transport projects.
• Lead and optimise the production of technical plans.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of designers and draftsmen involved in each project.
• Develop project designs using CAD software.

Required profile

• State‑engineer degree in civil engineering (entry‑level).
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong rigor, availability, dynamism and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to teamwork and to promoting gender mixity and non‑discrimination.
