Injection Maintenance Technician (Lighting Activity)

About the role

Valeo is looking for an Injection Maintenance Technician to support the lighting activity in its production site. You will ensure the reliability, safety and performance of industrial equipment, contribute to new‑equipment industrialisation and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture, detect deviations, lead Safety QRQC and ensure compliance with Valeo, local and Group standards.
• Develop technical expertise within the team, support skill transfer, training and workforce planning.
• Assist engineers during the introduction of new equipment, apply VSDP and IPROM standards, and participate in IAR preparation.
• Manage maintenance activities to reduce MTTR, increase MTBF and TRP, contribute to the maintenance budget, and deploy ERIM/TPM.
• Observe micro‑stoppages, collect data, lead PDCA, FTA, 5 WHY analyses and maintain an active improvement proposal system.

• Industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Reliability engineering tools (MTTR, MTBF, TRP).
• FMEA creation and maintenance.
• TPM, QRQC and Kaizen methodologies.
• Industrialisation standards (VSDP, IPROM) and IAR processes.
