Inside Sales Account Executive – Spanish Speaker

About the role

As an Inside Sales Account Executive at Dell Technologies, you will deliver a high‑level, white‑glove experience to customers and partners across Morocco. You will promote Dell’s technology portfolio—including client solutions, high‑end electronics, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services, and packaged software—through phone, web, and email interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the overall account manager, leading sales activities and partnering with channel or internal sales teams on strategy and execution.
• Drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web‑based engagements to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain and expand business relationships by conducting needs analyses, delivering product information, and providing technical specifications and quotations.
• Focus on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts to meet revenue and margin targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Master’s degree in commerce, business administration or management.
• Fluent Spanish communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to articulate product and service value propositions.
• Capability to use multiple sales tools simultaneously.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work under pressure to achieve quarterly targets.
• English proficiency is a plus.
