Inside Sales Associate – German Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who speaks German fluently. The role is based in Casablanca and focuses on promoting Arrow's technology solutions to IT professionals across multiple segments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Generate regular sales reports to provide insights for management.
• Present product and service information to customers and assess their needs.
• Offer tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or phone calls to demonstrate offerings and address objections.

Required profile

• Fluent level in German, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate with other departments.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for managing customer data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual presentations.
