Inside Sales Associate – UK Market

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support its UK market from our Casablanca office. You will work closely with product managers and customers to deliver accurate pricing and order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with product managers and customers, providing prompt assistance.
• Participate in IT training programs to continuously develop professional knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2/C1) for communication with international clients and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to handle offers and orders meticulously.
• Proactive learner eager to acquire new skills and adapt to industry trends.
