About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is expanding its sales team in Casablanca. As an Inside Sales Representative you will act as the primary point of contact for IT professionals, helping them understand and adopt the company’s technology solutions across servers, storage, networking, security, software and cloud services.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM data, and generate regular sales reports.
- Develop a solid understanding of Arrow’s product portfolio and service offerings.
- Provide customers with precise information about products and services, assessing their needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings via Teams or phone to demonstrate solutions, answer questions and handle objections.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and at least B1 level English (mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- 3–4 years of relevant inside sales experience.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems.
