Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey in Casablanca as an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager. You will lead the IBP process for Maghreb markets, aligning cross‑functional teams to drive financial optimization, risk management, and balanced demand‑supply outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, supporting Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational actions to meet future requirements.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives that support PMI’s operational and supply‑chain strategies.
• Collaborate with departments such as Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support market budgeting and target‑setting through robust IBP practices.
• Manage, motivate, monitor and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and EHS standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field; postgraduate diploma a plus.
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or Electronics, with exposure to supply chain, sales strategy, business planning or finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project/product prioritisation, driver‑based planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBI.
• Solid predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.
• Understanding of finance principles (P&L, cash flow) and PMI budgeting cycles.
• Familiarity with SAP and supply‑chain planning tools (E2OPEN suite, O9) is a strong plus.
