Interior Designer & Showroom Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and customer‑focused interior designer to join our dynamic team as a Showroom Assistant. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in a design‑centric environment, collaborating on diverse projects and engaging with leading architects and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Support and host customer events in the showroom, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable experience.
• Manage product sampling, providing architects, designers, and clients easy access to samples and information.
• Engage with visitors from the architecture and design sectors, offering expert product advice and nurturing professional relationships.
• Promote products through updated window displays and curated offerings for the A&D community.
• Maintain the showroom’s organization, ensuring products are well‑displayed, stocked, and presented aesthetically.
• Provide administrative support, including inventory management, sample order tracking, and handling customer requests.

Required profile

• A keen interest in interior design and current design trends with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Customer service and sales experience, preferably within a design or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients and industry professionals.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English is essential.
