Intermediate DevOps Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Automation Engineer to design, automate, and optimise our cloud infrastructure and software delivery pipelines. The role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in AWS, Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices who enjoy building scalable, secure and resilient platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Architect, provision and manage highly available, cost‑efficient AWS environments.
• Deploy, scale and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes, ensuring cluster health and resilient deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and explore cloud‑native tools such as Crossplane.
• Create comprehensive monitoring, logging and alerting solutions, preferably with New Relic.
• Collaborate with development, QA and security teams to embed DevSecOps practices.
• Develop and test disaster‑recovery, backup and incident‑response procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, good communication skills and a willingness to explore AI‑enhanced workflows.
