International Marketing Manager

About the role

The International Marketing Manager will partner with the Marketing Director to build and launch brands in new overseas markets. This role combines strategic brand development, social‑media management, PR, market analysis and full‑cycle campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end brand development from concept to market launch, including positioning, visual identity and market‑access strategy.
• Manage daily operations of major overseas social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and regional niche channels; create content calendars, produce short videos and live streams, and optimise engagement and conversion.
• Develop and execute PR campaigns, write press releases and marketing copy, liaise with media outlets and regional KOLs, and monitor brand reputation.
• Conduct regular market research, analyse industry trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour, and produce actionable reports.
• Plan, launch and evaluate online and offline marketing campaigns such as product launches, holiday promotions and themed events.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product and regional partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including full‑cycle brand management from 0 to 1.
• Experience operating in overseas markets (e.g., Africa or Middle East) is a plus.
