About the role

Vendana is seeking a high‑energy Sales Specialist to drive end‑to‑end sales in the medical transport and aviation sector for the French market. The role is fully remote and involves building trust with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end sales in the medical transport and aviation space.
• Engage and build trust with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations.
• Think on your feet to design tailored solutions under time pressure.
• Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships.
• Represent Vendana with confidence across global markets.
• Take ownership of results while collaborating with an international team.

Required profile

• Excellent command of French at C2 level.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Resilient, fast‑thinking sales personality – motivated, persistent, and persuasive.
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with flexibility for occasional scheduled weekend work.
• Previous sales experience in international or high‑stakes environments (aviation/medical a plus).
