Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Specialist ensures accurate and timely documentation of every vehicle that arrives at the facility. Using company‑provided tools, you will capture condition details, photographs, and inventory data while managing the flow of traffic in the receiving area.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area.
• Operate a camera and handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
• Determine the operational capability of each motor vehicle.
• Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) as required.
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and procedural standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude (preferred).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Driver's license (preferred).
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
