About the role
The Inventory Specialist ensures accurate documentation and processing of all vehicles arriving at the facility. Using company tools, you will capture vehicle conditions, photographs, and manage the flow of traffic in the receiving area.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area.
- Operate camera and handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
- Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of all materials used and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older and able to work outdoors in all seasons.
- General automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Driver's license preferred; bilingual skill a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to operate handheld inventory devices.
