Issue Manager

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for an Issue Manager to lead and coordinate issue management activities for automotive projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyse, resolve and prevent technical problems throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and monitor issue management and problem‑solving activities.
• Perform first‑level root‑cause analysis and ensure proper issue characterization and escalation.
• Generate reports, dashboards and status updates on identified issues.
• Partner with project stakeholders to define and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and implement preventive actions.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Experience with automotive electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture and vehicle development processes.
• Familiarity with diagnostic and log analysis tools such as DiAnalyzer, CDA, CANalyzer and CANdela.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage corrective‑action plans.
