IT Business Analyst – Rabat

About the role

The IT Business Analyst will help define and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet client business needs. Working within Harmony Technology’s digital transformation projects, the analyst bridges business and technical teams to ensure solutions add value and generate savings.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify, prioritize, and define functional requirements.
• Gather client needs and draft functional specifications.
• Act as liaison between technical and business teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design test scenarios, write test books, and validate them with business teams.
• Facilitate framing and prioritization workshops with stakeholders.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc.).
• Contribute to validation of delivered solutions to ensure alignment with initial needs.

Required profile

• BAC+5 education, typically from an engineering school or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with work tools such as Office Suite and JIRA.
• Scrum or Product Owner certification is a plus.
