IT Intern – Convertible to Full‑Time

About the role

Join our global IT Support team in Tangier as an IT Intern, gaining hands‑on experience with service‑desk operations, networking, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT security. This role is designed to develop your technical skills and may lead to a full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Log, track and resolve user hardware, software and IT service requests while learning professional incident‑management processes.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi‑Fi and WAN issues, building knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routers and switches.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive support.
• Support the setup, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to investigate and escalate complex problems.
• Document issues, resolutions and procedures to contribute to the team knowledge base.
• Follow IT security policies and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 6 months of relevant experience or a recent degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi‑Fi and VLANs.
• Availability to work onsite in Tangier and ability to work rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
