IT Manager – Federated Inventory & Product Catalog

About the role

Orange Business is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the Federated Inventory and Product Catalog applications within the Data Factory Department. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, ensuring high‑quality data, and delivering reliable services to both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the IT product roadmap in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on schedule while meeting SLA, security, and operational support requirements.
• Guarantee optimal data quality across all managed applications.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners through transparency and reliability.
• Lead the team: daily coordination, hiring, skill development, budget oversight, and HR processes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing IT teams.
• Results‑driven with strong cooperation skills and the ability to foster team spirit.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
