IT Manager

About the role

You will join the Data Factory Department within Orange Business’ Data‑AI Direction, leading the IT team responsible for the Federated Inventory and Product Catalog applications that support both internal and external digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the IT product roadmap together with all stakeholders and ensure delivery according to agreed timelines.
• Guarantee SLA compliance, operational support, security requirements and high data quality for the managed applications.
• Build trusted relationships across a wide network of actors by demonstrating reliability, transparency and responsibility.
• Lead the team on a day‑to‑day basis, overseeing hiring, skill development, budget management and HR processes.
• Continuously propose and implement improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification.
• Fluent in English and French.
• At least 6 years of experience managing IT teams.
• Results‑driven, strong collaborator, able to foster team spirit.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.

Required skills

• ITIL processes.
• Database management with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Cloud platforms, containers and Azure services.
• CI/CD pipelines.
