IT Manager

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for an IT Manager in Mohandseen, reporting to the CFO and GM. The role covers people management, Odoo implementation and administration, IT security, infrastructure planning, budgeting and project leadership. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the IT team: set targets, hold weekly one-to-one reviews and give semi-annual and annual performance feedback.
• Lead Odoo implementation, customization and configuration, troubleshoot issues and act as the technical escalation point.
• Manage IT security: monitor firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus and access controls, run security audits and enforce security policies.
• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, track SLAs and evaluate new technologies.
• Plan and build the IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, security) and keep it optimized for Odoo.
• Prepare the IT annual budget, track expenses and assist in procurement.
• Lead IT projects from start to finish, defining scope, timeline and deliverables.
• Drive the technology strategy and automate tasks within Odoo; document procedures and standards.
• Ensure confidentiality, data governance and compliance with security frameworks and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years at managerial level.
• Male, up to 45 years old.
• Odoo experience is a must.
