IT Operations MES Engineer

About the role

As a member of the Digital Transformation and Information Technology (DTIT) team, you will improve, develop, test, deploy and support manufacturing applications that enable advanced semiconductor production. You will create data‑driven solutions that connect data sources, models and analytics to meet business use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain manufacturing applications for semiconductor production.
• Provide end‑to‑end data solutions, including extraction, replication and analytics architecture.
• Manage software releases and new setup deployments, offering post‑production support and incident resolution.
• Develop customized data‑engineering programs and reports to enhance production information systems.
• Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, data scientists and application teams to define data interfaces and translate requirements into solutions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and be on‑call 24/7 for major production incidents.

Required profile

• Computer science engineering degree.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• PL/SQL, Python, Windows shell, Unix/Linux scripting, PHP, R.
• Tibco RVD and Tibco BW.
• MySQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB.
• Talend, DataStage, Azure Data Factory.
• Git and CI/CD pipelines for data jobs.
• Basic understanding of data modeling and data governance.
