IT Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an energetic IT Recruiter to join Cyclad’s Talent Acquisition team. You will work in a hybrid setting from Casablanca or Rabat, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for software and cloud infrastructure projects across the CEE region.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract IT talent using multiple channels, media tools, and innovative tactics.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, while meeting tight deadlines and service level agreements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Provide advisory support to candidates on career progression, legal, and financial matters.
• Support sales teams with market analysis on talent trends, capacity, and availability.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and pipeline data against targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT sector.
• Background in a consulting or agency environment (recruitment or outsourcing firms).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English and French (B2 level) with strong communication skills.
