IT Service Management Specialist

About the role

Kronospan is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to join its production site in Settat, Morocco. You will be responsible for delivering end‑user support, maintaining production‑floor IT equipment, and ensuring the reliability of the company’s server and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support to all employees, manage user accounts and access rights.
• Maintain IT equipment such as PCs, printers, telephones, logistics scanners and the warehouse Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Support production‑floor devices, including label printers, delivery‑note printers and PLC‑connected equipment; perform scheduled backups of production systems.
• Administer servers and services: terminal servers, antivirus solutions, business applications (access control, time attendance, loading planning), backup systems, local domain controller, DMS, file shares, email, print, virtualization and video surveillance.
• Maintain server‑room infrastructure: network switches, core switches, Call Manager, firewall, Wi‑Fi controller, storage systems (NAS, HP Primera).
• Perform preventive maintenance of network equipment, configure new devices (Wi‑Fi APs, PCs, PLCs, rack PCs, IP cameras) and optimise network performance.
• Manage secure remote access for external contractors and ensure proper network cabling and documentation.
• Keep the IT hardware inventory up to date and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and systems/network administration.
• Fluent English (C1); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ability to prioritize incidents, produce clear technical documentation and work collaboratively across functions.
