IT Service Specialist – Casablanca

About the role

As an IT Service Specialist based in Casablanca, you will ensure BCG colleagues stay connected, productive, and supported in their daily technology use. You will provide first‑ and second‑line assistance locally and, when needed, extend support to other BCG offices across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Administer endpoints and mobile devices via Microsoft Intune, handling compliance, configuration and enrollment.
• Manage user identities, groups, application access and authentication using Active Directory and Okta.
• Maintain ServiceNow queues, ensuring accurate asset and CMDB records.
• Deliver onboarding and application training tailored to varying technical skill levels.
• Update support documentation, capture recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Mentor junior IT colleagues and collaborate with senior staff for complex problems.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for Microsoft 365 services and practical knowledge of Active Directory and Intune.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, change and asset management.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Familiarity with identity and access solutions, particularly Okta.
• Clear English communication skills and a collaborative, service‑focused attitude.
