    • Applying agile project management methodologies to deliver incremental value, manage scope, and mitigate risks.

    • Providing strategic leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives across Orange’s HR and IT functions.

    The ideal candidate brings over seven years of proven experience in HR‑IT projects, a master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and native fluency in both French and English. They possess strong project and team management skills, a deep understanding of data analytics and reporting processes, and expertise in leveraging modern HR technology platforms to advance organizational goals.

    Soft skills such as agile mindset, curiosity, interpersonal communication, and a solution‑oriented approach are highly valued.
