IT Specialist – End User Support

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure optimal end‑user experience by providing day‑to‑day IT support, handling incidents from Caretaker SMAX, and driving digital productivity for the local company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and support end‑users by troubleshooting IT systems and software, registering and following up on caretaker tickets, and providing training on digital tools.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems, devices, and components.
• Maintain maintenance contracts and licenses, ensuring compliance through regular reviews.
• Handle incidents, events, and service requests within defined service levels, reporting KPI metrics.
• Drive digital improvement initiatives, conduct training, and integrate new solutions aligned with global strategies.
• Provide 2nd‑level IT support to emerging market companies, meeting SLA requirements.

Required profile

• Bac+2/+3 in IT or networks with hands‑on experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 support.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and basic network administration (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Responsive, patient, and able to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical colleagues.
• Independent ticket management with rigorous documentation and asset/license tracking.
• Good working English.
