IT Support Consultant (2nd Level) – Casablanca

About the role

Communardo Group is looking for a 2nd Level IT Support Consultant to join its Casablanca office. You will support a distributed, English‑speaking European workforce, handling escalations beyond first‑line support and working directly with software and cloud vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve 2nd‑level escalations and drive issues to root cause.
• Collaborate with software and cloud vendors to close unresolved tickets.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD, user accounts, licensing and access management.
• Provide Windows end‑user support (macOS knowledge is a plus).
• Support Atlassian Cloud administration, Jira Service Management and user management.
• Manage device lifecycle, onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Contribute to ITIL/ITSM ticket handling, automation and process improvement.
• Maintain structured documentation and follow internal support procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1) for daily communication with international colleagues.
• Proven 2nd‑level IT support experience, capable of handling escalations independently.
• Methodical, proactive problem‑solving with a root‑cause mindset.
• Strong communication skills with non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Windows desktop support (macOS knowledge a plus).
• Atlassian Cloud administration (Jira, Jira Service Management).
• ITIL/ITSM ticket management.
• Device lifecycle management.
