IT Support Consultant

About the role

Communardo Experts Morocco is looking for an IT Support Consultant to provide 1st and 2nd level support to internal users and enterprise customers across Europe. You will work in a modern office in Casablanca Finance City, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of cloud‑based collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level IT support for internal users and external customers.
• Administer Atlassian Cloud environments and manage user accounts.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and routine IT tasks.
• Handle device lifecycle processes, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS technical issues.
• Participate in ticket handling, service‑management, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with distributed international teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• Good understanding of Atlassian Cloud administration.
• Familiarity with M365 administration and service‑management processes.
• Knowledge of device lifecycle management and standard administration routines.
• Ability to work with distributed, international teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum C1).
