IT Support Specialist – Onsite End‑User & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite assistance to end‑users, manage office IT infrastructure, and oversee asset lifecycle activities. The role combines hands‑on technical work with project‑based support across a dynamic office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user‑related issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Maintain office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related infrastructure.
• Support smart‑office solutions, digital signage and conference‑room technology.
• Receive, label, image, deploy, track and maintain IT assets; conduct inventory audits.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal and stock management.
• Assist with office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and technology deployments for events.
• Provide remote‑hands support and escort third‑party vendors as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and printers.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
