IT Support Specialist – SAP SCM & EWM

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will provide second‑ and third‑level support for SAP SCM and EWM solutions. The role ensures continuous operation of critical business processes and participates in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle SAP SCM and EWM incidents, problems and change requests, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call duty rotation coordinated with Service Operation Management.
• Design blueprints and technical specifications for custom developments and system enhancements.
• Build, customize and deliver IT solutions triggered by incidents, changes, problems or new projects.
• Coordinate internal developers, external consultants and key stakeholders to deliver work packages on time.
• Partner with business key users for testing, quality assurance, deployment and end‑user sign‑off.
• Create, update and centralize technical documentation and training materials.

Required profile

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP SCM and SAP EWM modules.
• Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd level SAP application support and incident/problem management.
• Hands‑on experience drafting functional/technical specifications and steering external vendors or development teams.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on‑call support rotation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
