IT Technical Project Manager

About the role

Digital Virgo is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to lead local and regional integrations with telecom operators and merchants. The role combines business alignment with hands‑on technical execution, ensuring successful deployment of mobile payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integration projects, validating charging, cancellation, invoicing and other API flows.
• Coordinate technical setups such as VPN, IP whitelisting, SMPP and environment provisioning.
• Prepare and execute testbooks, support debugging, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Produce and maintain operational documentation, starter kits and flow diagrams in Jira/SharePoint.
• Communicate progress, blockers and status updates to internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles (development, network, telecom) followed by project management.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and to interact effectively with local stakeholders.
• Comfortable making direct contact with partners, including on‑site visits when needed.

Required skills

• API testing and debugging tools: Postman, Swagger, REST, JSON.
• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Excel.
• Network setup knowledge: VPN, IP whitelisting, SMPP.
