As a Junior Account Manager at Glovo, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients in the Rabat region. Your responsibilities will include managing day‑to‑day client interactions, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction across all service lines—food delivery, parcel delivery, and general e‑commerce.
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Master’s degree (BAC +5) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Full‑time, permanent contract (CDI).
• Hybrid work model with a primary office location in Rabat, Morocco.
