    About the Role

    As a Junior Account Manager at Glovo, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients in the Rabat region. Your responsibilities will include managing day‑to‑day client interactions, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction across all service lines—food delivery, parcel delivery, and general e‑commerce.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Glovo’s market share.
    • Lead strategic negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve account performance.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

    Work Environment

    • Full‑time, permanent contract (CDI).
    • Hybrid work model with a primary office location in Rabat, Morocco.
