Junior BI Advanced Analyst

About the role

Join Cnexia’s fast‑growing analytics team and help turn raw data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to build interactive dashboards, perform deep‑dive analyses, and support data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends in data, reporting, and dashboards to identify key actionable insights.
• Run ad‑hoc analyses and deep dives to uncover root causes affecting key business metrics.
• Communicate trends and insights to team members, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards that enable users to explore results.
• Develop data‑driven solutions and product‑related data views using SQL for internal and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of dashboards and reports.
• Gather input on operational changes that may affect data models.
• Support project road‑maps by providing impact assessments for upcoming initiatives.

Required profile

• University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physics, mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year in a similar BI analyst role.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
• Proficiency with data‑visualisation tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and statistics.
