Junior Business Analyst - Risk & Regulatory Projects

About the role

Phi Partners is seeking a recent graduate or early‑career analyst to join a high‑profile regulatory transformation programme for a major Middle‑East bank. The role offers hands‑on exposure to Moody's risk and regulatory platforms and collaboration with senior consultants and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Risk, Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Analyse client data using SQL to support data mapping, reconciliation and validation activities.
• Translate regulatory and credit‑risk requirements into functional specifications for the Moody's platform.
• Support functional testing and user acceptance testing, including test case preparation, execution and defect tracking.
• Prepare clear written material for status reporting and internal communication.
• Work with the delivery team to identify issues early and propose practical solutions.

Required profile

• A Bac+5 degree, preferably from a Moroccan engineering school or a business/management school.
• Solid foundation in finance.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving.
• Curiosity, autonomy and a proactive attitude.
