Junior Client Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Client Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for our e‑commerce and financial services customers worldwide. You will provide advice and assistance through phone, email and other channels, helping to ensure high client satisfaction and a strong market reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly handling inquiries and concerns via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM software.
• Perform routine daily tasks using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Arabic and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer‑service environment.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Proven experience with AI tools like Gemini and Claude.
