Junior Client Support Specialist (Late Shift)

About the role

Paysera is seeking a Junior Client Support Specialist to work the late shift (15:30‑00:00) and provide first‑line assistance to e‑commerce and financial‑services customers worldwide. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, record interactions in the CRM, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, responding promptly through phone, email and other channels.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using the company’s CRM system.
• Utilise AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar to automate routine tasks and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer‑service environment.
• Prior customer‑service experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to experiment with AI tools to enhance daily work.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for customer interaction tracking.
