About the role
As a Junior Data Analyst – Product at Nuitée, you will explore our production systems to understand their behavior, investigate incidents, and translate technical findings into clear answers for the team and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Dive into logs and data to diagnose issues and provide actionable insights.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client inquiries, triage problems, and follow through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to support feature development and product improvements.
Required profile
- Strong SQL skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Great communication ability, able to explain technical findings clearly.
- Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking direction.
- Enjoys digging into data and logs to uncover answers.
